Luxury Residences EUR

This small building is located in a prestige residential area in a historic park with century-old pine in the EUR district of Rome. It features small flats, split-level apartments and penthouses. Offices, halls for residents, spas and underground parking facilities complete the complex. Local materials such as travertine, marble and valuable wood are use to create an external skin for these vast areas of glass in continuous interaction with the luxuriant surrounding landscape. The entire building becomes an explosion of colour at sunset. The study of environmental engineering completes this preliminary concept where natural ventilation, photovoltaic system and well controlled superimposition of volumes provide for efficient energy use the structure.
